We are more than happy to accommodate RETURNS for Untouched (Do not run through the hair with your fingers), unopened, unworn hair within 5 days of receiving your order (SHIPPING RETURN FEE IS NOT INCLUDED. If the hair appears touched, we will not accept the refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Curl Candi. Please utilize our curl matching services and contact our curl line (510) 672-4233 for any questions, as we will not accept refunds unless there is an order issue.
ALL CLIPIN ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AS ALL OF OUR CLIPINS ARE CUSTOM AND HANDMADE.
We only accept returns on extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. All Curl Candi Hair Extensions are specially packaged and sealed with a security seal to identify if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. The security seals must be intact and all hair extensions must be in its original packaging. If the main package has been opened, the return and refund will not be accepted, for sanitary and safety purposes of other customers.
Why are Curl Candi Hair Extensions non-returnable If opened?
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety and health of all of our clients.
What if my extensions are defective or have a loose clip?
If the product is defective please send a picture along with a detailed email description to firstname.lastname@example.org and We will gladly help resolve the issue.
